pimple care treatment

Did you know that more and more research is showing that what you eat does affect the quality of your skin? Actually, there are three simple dietary changes that can make a huge difference in fighting Pimple and other skin problems. Dietary changes and keeping your skin clean may be all you need to clear up your skin, but even if you need other Pimple treatments or a doctor’s care you can be sure these changes will still be important to your complete regimen.

1. Limit your intake of cow’s milk or use soy, rice or other milk substitute. Cows that produce most commercial milk or either pregnant or given a whole bunch of hormones that are known to cause break-outs or make them worse.
2. Minimize the simple sugars in your diet. Exchange sodas for water and sugar-filled snacks with fresh fruit or other complex carbs. When adding sugar, try honey or agave nectar. These contain complex sugars rather than processed simple sugars. If you use a sugar substitute, use Stevia or another natural product.
3. Trade fried foods and foods made with nut or kernel oils with oils higher in mono and poly unsaturated fats. Olive Oil is a great example. Even better, try apple slices or a salad instead of fries, and eat raw veggies like carrots and celery rather than oily snacks.

Of course, dietary changes don’t show up immediately and you don’t have to make complete changes overnight. However, if you work toward these healthy food goals it won’t be long till you notice positive changes in your skin. As an added benefit, you’ll probably feel better and have more energy as well!

One final tip, be sure to use a clean wash cloth each time you wash your face. Reusing a cloth can just reapply the germs and oils you removed before. Don’t be discouraged if you make changes in small steps. Most big changes start out that way.
