Before you do this trick, you should clean your face throughout the day. You will do this trick before going to sleep. Make sure to reduce excessive oil from your face. You can use a cleanser, but never use cleanser that only contains chemical components. Instead, find a mild natural cleanser that compatible with your skin type.

Then, in the night, you can apply the toothpaste method. This method can be a real help for some people, but this also can be a less useful method for other people. You will find out that this Pimple home remedy will at least reduce your Pimple symptoms. So, you can always try for it risk free.

Step by step procedure

Apply the toothpaste in the pimple area. Do not apply it in your whole face because it will make bad irritation. Make sure you have washed your face before you do this. Then, do not wash your face until the next morning. So, you are sleeping with toothpaste still in your face.

In the morning, wash your face with warm water. Notice the result! Do your pimples disappear or at least significantly reduced? If yes, then you can start a brighter day.

Homemade Remedies And Prevention For Pimple

no comments

Pimple is the term for plugged pores (blackheads and whiteheads), pimples, and even deeper lumps (cysts or nodules) that mostly happen on our face, neck, chest, back, shoulders and even the upper arms. Pimple affects most teenagers to some extent. However, the disease is not restricted to any age group; adults in their 20s – even into their 40s – can get Pimple. While not a life threatening condition, Pimple can be upsetting and disfiguring. When severe, Pimple can lead to serious and permanent scarring. Even less severe cases can lead to scarring.

Here are ways on how get rid of your Pimple / prevent Pimple:

1. The first thing and the most basic, keep your skin clean. Regular washing removes sweat, dirt and bacteria.
2. Get enough sleep. Sleeping for at least 8 hours a day can help lessen your Pimple. Blemishes often appear during sleepless night so avoid doing that.
3. Exercising on a regular basis and eating well balanced meals
4. When using cosmetics you should choose what to use and what not to use. Some cosmetics cause more Pimple to your skin because of irritation. I suggest trying homemade one as it is more safe and healthy too.
5. Wash your face with a gentle cleanser. Rub a cotton ball to the affected area with witch hazel over your face then spread a thin coat of 2% salicylic acid. Repeat the cleansing process and witch hazel steps, and then dab 2.5% benzoil peroxide over the entire face. These steps will unclog your pores and will leave your skin clean and refreshed.
6. Oatmeal is an astringent which can help you draw out impurities out of your skin. Apply some cooked oatmeal to your face for about 15 minutes and wash it off. It usually takes a week or two for results to show.
7. Make a solution of 30 drops of grapefruit extract in 4 ounces of water. Apply to infected area with a cotton ball 3 times a day. This is an excellent disinfectant.
8. Make a mixture of 1/4 tomato, 1 tsp mashed cucumber, 2 tsp plain yoghurt, 2 tsp aloe gel, 2 mint leaves and 3 tsp Oatmeal powder. Apply to your face and leave it on for 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
9. A quick remedy: Apply either apple cider vinegar or lemon juice to a clean skin, using a cotton ball. This will help flush out the pores and normalize the skin’s pH.
10. Use the pulp of the aloe Vera plant as a skin cleanser. If you prefer aloe juice, you can use it to counteract infection and promote healing. Apply it morning and night for as long as necessary to improve skin’s complexion.
11. As you know, blemished skin just can’t be smooth. There is a treatment you may wish to try. Make a mixture of 1 cup plain yoghurt and juice of 1/2 lemon. Apply it as a cream every night before bed. The effects on this should be seen after 3-4 weeks.
12. To help dry out the Pimple without drying out your face, rub cucumber peel (wet side up) and leave on overnight.
13. Another good mask: Combine 1 egg white and 1 tsp lemon juice. Rinse off after 30 minutes.
14. Mix 2 tsp cornstarch with 1 tsp vinegar, apply on Pimple area for 30 minutes, and then wash off with washcloth and warm water.
15. Avoid foods containing trans-fatty acids.
16. Eliminate sodas and artificial sweeteners.
17. Avoid fried foods, as this may cause the appearance of Pimple. Harmful fats and oils cause Pimple to appear rapidly to out skin.
18. Reduce milk consumption, as it may aggravate Pimple. Researchers claim to have found a correlation between milk intake and the incidence of Pimple. It seems milk drinkers develop more severe Pimple than non-milk drinkers.
19. Avoid chocolate, tea and coffee.
20. Reduce the consumption of junk food; limit your total fat intake to no more than 20% of calories for Pimple free skin.

This remedies and preventions are mostly for mild Pimple problems, but what about those that are severe cases of Pimple. Here is a book that I think will satisfy your needs. Pimple Free In 3 Days is a guide on how you can remove your Pimple using scientifically proven secret remedies without harsh drug prescriptions and never-ending expense on over-the-counter drugs. This is the ultimate cure for your Pimple problems, safe fast and effective way, totally recommended.

Debates on Pimple – 5 Pimple Myths Vs. Pimple Facts

no comments

Pimple does not choose, it affects almost everyone and if you suffer from Pimple, like the millions of others, you’ve probably received a lot of advice about its preventions, as well as its causes. A lot of them are just old wives’ tales and has no scientific evidence to prove them.

Myth 1: Pimple Is Caused By Poor Hygiene

Fact: Pimple is not due to lack of hygiene, it is not caused by dirt or surface skin oils. Although proper cleansing prevents it, poor hygiene is not its root cause. It is a disorder of the pilosebaceous unit or hair follicle. When dead skin cell, excess oil, and bacteria are caught within the follicle it creates impaction. If the follicle wall ruptures, then inflammation occurs and pimple is produced. Pimple is not developed due to lack of cleansing and frequent cleansing won’t heal Pimple. In fact, vigorous washing and scrubbing can irritate skin and exacerbate Pimple.

Myth 2: Pimple Is Caused By Diet

Fact: Thorough scientific studies dating as far back as 1960’s have not obtained a link between diet and Pimple. Thus, food does not cause Pimple. Not chocolate or French fries or pizza or any junk food. Even large amounts of these food types will not worsen Pimple since the fat present in these foods do not get assimilated to the fats within the oil glands. If Pimple is being dealt properly with medications there is no need to worry about food causing Pimple.

Myth 3: Savvy Sun Worshipping Eliminates Pimple

Fact: Although it’s true that small amount of sun may improve Pimple condition at the beginning, don’t be deceived, this is temporary. Consistent sun exposure will damage your skin, it causes your skin to dry, making your oil producing glands to create more oil. Too much sun could furthermore burn your skin and even put you at risk for skin cancer. So if you need to be out in the sun, never forget to apply sunscreen.

Myth 4: Stress Causes Pimple

Fact: Sometimes. A long debate about stress causing Pimple has been in health circles. Recent studies has now proved that Pimple gets worst in times of stress because of the fact that the human body releases a chemical called CRH (Corticotropin-Releasing Hormone) responsible for making extreme amounts of energy for the brain to deal with stress. An emotional agitation can cause the body to produce unreasonable amount of these chemicals. As this hormone produces energy it also triggers the oil glands of the skin to create more oil thus leading to skin pores getting blocked. This combined with bacteria and dead skin cells results to Pimple.

Myth 5: You Just Have To Let Pimple Run Its Course; You’ll One Day Outgrow It

Fact: Pimple strikes all ages whether teen or adult and it can be cleared up. If it would be left alone it could possibly worsen. With a wide array of products and therapies available today and with the availability of a dermatologist there is no reason why someone has to bear Pimple and its scars.

Now that you know the truth from the myth about Pimple, you can make the right decisions and break free from those breakouts.
