How to Prevent Adult Pimple – Discover Why Pimple Isn’t Just a Teen Problem and Learn How to Treat It

I know how you feel. I’ve been there too. You’re wondering how to prevent adult Pimple, but even more importantly, you’re wondering why you still have to worry about this problem. It should have cleared up all by itself years ago. That’s what everyone always said to you, wasn’t it?
I found myself in the same situation. I used to have Pimple as a teen just like a lot of people do. It was never really a big deal, a few pimples here and there. I never worried about it to much. But then I started hitting 22-23 years old and I was still having breakouts. And they were much worse than they had ever been. My Pimple wasn’t going anywhere and no matter what products I tried, I couldn’t figure out how to prevent adult Pimple.
By this point I was on Pimple forums all the time, looking for different methods to treat myself. I found a few people that suggested Pimple was a problem that began inside of us. They said the only treatments for Pimple were to get rid of the problems inside. Many people laughed and ridiculed them, myself included. Of course Pimple wasn’t a internal problem. I was fairly certain I was getting pimples on my skin.
Finally at my most desperate hour I looked more into this internal cleansing and what I discovered was absolutely amazing. Most of us look at Pimple as a condition of the skin because that’s where it happens. Sure, adolescent hormones are what kick off the problem for most people, but we put stuff on our skin to help deal with it. I quickly discovered this was no way for how to prevent adult Pimple, or any Pimple problems at all for that matter.
Pimples themselves are caused when pores get clogged with dead skin, oil and bacteria. We know this. However what I’m willing to bet is that you didn’t know the dead skin, oil and bacteria problems are caused by something other than hormones and genetics, at least not in the way you’re thinking.
For instance, did you know the typical family eats roughly 80%-90% processed food of some sort. Our body is essentially the same thing it was thousands of years ago. It was made to eat natural, whole foods. These chemicals in our bodies tie up our cleansing systems and also cause large releases of insulin and androgens, testosterone like hormones, into our bloodstream every time we eat.
The problem is that these wild swings happen over and over and get worse and worse as the years progress. Large amounts of insulin and androgens cause our skin to thicken and die off faster than normal and they also cause excessive amounts of oil to be made. It also leads to a chronic, low grade inflammation in our bodies, leading to the rapid spread of the Pimple causing bacteria on our skin, which is actually present on every single person in the world.
All of this adds up to several different maladies in people. Now while you may have Pimple, just look at your friends. One of my best friends has constant migraine headaches, but has phenomenal looking skin. She has never had Pimple a day in her life. But then again, I suffered with Pimple but never suffered from a single migraine before. All of our bodies react differently to problems such as these.
Now I’m not saying stop buying food in the supermarket and go forage for your own food, far from it. But one of the most important steps in how to prevent adult Pimple is being aware of the real problems so you can fix them. If you stop the massive swings in insulin and androgens, you take away a humongous instigator in breakouts. Namely, the excess oil, the dead skin and the excess bacteria.
One of the simplest way to start helping is to drink a lot of water throughout the day, at least 8 glasses. Also, by avoiding simple carbs like white bread, white rice and sugar as well as dairy products, you help your body get back on track so it can begin curing the real causes of Pimple.
