In our fast paced world of work, recreation, and family responsibilities, the world is ever changing before us. Nowadays, who has the time to spend at home preparing healthy meals? Eating junk food and eating out in restaurants has become the norm.
So this brings to point the reason that so many of us are over weight. We have become so accustomed to eating the wrong way; we do not know any better. Being over weight has become acceptable. It has become the norm that if you see someone who is fat, or with a fat belly, it is okay. But if you see someone that is considered skinny, then we believe that person must be sick.
There was a time in my life that I too was very over weight. Because of my weight I could not do a lot of things. But being over weight and fat did not bother me at all because I loved to eat.
However, after I became an adult, got married, and was able to see the birth of my daughter, I decided at that time that I wanted to live a long time so that I could be around to see my daughter grow up. I began the process of finding ways to lose the fat and live a healthier life.
Most people will tell you that you need to exercise. Exercising is good for you but that is not all you need to do. First, you need to make a decision that you want to change your life and the way you look. Then you need to focus on adopting a plan of eating the right foods to go along with an exercise plan.
